The batching system consists of 4 extruded raw material silos, 2 nut silo, 2 liquid insulation barrel, 2 electromagnetic wok, 1 material insulation conveying and electric control system.

First of all, the production preparation work: the raw material extruded rice through the vacuum feeder into the bin; Nut pellets into the nut bin; Pour the syrup or jam into a liquid insulated bucket. Automatic batching process: the operator sets the weight of the raw material of each bin on the touch screen, after the setting is completed, click start batching, the electronic control system will automatically control the pneumatic door of the bin to open, the raw material into the electromagnetic wok, when the weighing system feedback reaches the set weight of the raw material, the pneumatic door will automatically close. Complete the automatic weighing ingredients of pureed rice and crushed nuts (the amount can be set in advance on the touch screen setting interface, which can achieve the purpose of more accurate feeding) The syrup or jam in the liquid insulation bucket will be input into the electromagnetic wok through the gear metering pump according to the set weight, and the electromagnetic wok will be heated and stirred when all the raw materials are finished. (The heating temperature and stirring time of the electromagnetic wok can be set on the touch screen setting interface) When the raw materials are stirred, the electromagnetic wok automatically moves forward to the front end of the material insulation conveying, the wok turns over, the stirred raw materials are poured into the belt of the material insulation conveying, and the stirred raw materials are transported to the hopper of the Midong forming machine through the material insulation conveying, and the automatic mixing work is completed.

After the above action is completed, the electromagnetic wok is returned to the batching station for wok cleaning. Wait for the next ingredient.

Note: This system includes two sets of batching systems to be used alternately to meet the continuous production, the customer's factory needs to solve the supporting sewage discharge system and water intake system to complete the electromagnetic wok cleaning work.

DRC-65 Cereal Bar Forming Machine can be used for producing cereal bar with different shapes and sizes by changing the molds.

1、Combined procedures into one: Filling materials - Forming shape - Cooling cereal bar - Demolding cereal bar - Conveying & cooling cereal bar.

2、Controlled by Siemens PLC and touch screen with friendly interface. The staff  could 180°rotate the touch screen, flexible and convenient. The controller languages can be Chinese, English, French, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, etc.

3、Equipped with two sets of mechanical pressing molds, does not hurt materials and without material wastage.

4、The forming molds are made by UHMWPE and includes 36 pieces. The mold cavity can be designed with different shapes and sizes as customer’s requirements, such as cylinder, ball, square, round cake, heart, triangle.

5、Equipped with sensors to accurately check the forming molds position, so the pressing mold could tightly fit, makes super cereal bar shaping.

6、The conveying belt is made by PTFE to avoid the materials sticking on the belt, also meet food grade.

7、Using high performance frequency inverter, easy adjust speed, high efficiency, it can produce 24-hour continuously.

8、After forming procedure and demolding procedure, there has fans to cool down the cereal bar to normal temperature.

LSU-220  Feeding & Packing Line is used for auto sorting and packing the cereal bar product. The cooler of the cutting machine connect with sorting machine, cereal bar will be auto sorted and conveyed to the belt and packing machine, then packed automatically one by one.

All parts touching with materials are made by stainless steel or food grade PU belt.

5 Wooden Cases Darin packs the machine with export standard fumigation wooden cases, which is strong ans suitable for long-distance and multi-times loading & unloading by forklift.
