DRC-76 Cereal bar pressing machine is the pressing part of machine, can be used for producing all kinds of muesli bar and granola bar. 1、Material hopper is made by food grade HMWHDPE to avoid the sticking materials, also has heater to keep temperature. The filling blade is made by could evenly and stably fill the materials to conveyor belt, without materials wastage. 2、Controlled by Siemens PLC and touch screen with friendly interface. The staff could 180°rotate the touch screen, flexible and convenient. The controller languages can be Chinese, English, French, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, etc. 3、Equipped with two sets of pressing roller, made by food grade HMWHDPE material, more healthy with anti-sticking function. The side of roller mark the scale. The roller can be accurately adjusted to meet the height of different thickness product requirement. 4、Equipped with four sets of fans above the conveyor to cool the materials quickly. Features: 1. Air-conditioning refrigerator cooling 2. LSU-220 Feeding & Packing Line is used for auto sorting and packing the cereal bar product. The cooler of the cutting machine connect with sorting machine, cereal bar will be auto sorted and conveyed to the belt and packing machine, then packed automatically one by one. All parts touching with materials are made by stainless steel or food grade PU belt. |

You’re more than welcome to visit Darin, we will provide machine test running, face to face discussioin and turkey project design solution.
Could you afford technician team to guide our installation and commissioning?
Oversea commssioning service provided, our technician will help to install the machine, and teach local workers about operation and manitenance. Buyer should pay for the technician’s round flight ticket , accommodation and salary.
How long is your machine’s guarantee time?
One year from the machine arrive at your factory.
If some parts break after warranty, what should we do?
Darin supply full-life after sales service, whenever new parts needed, we will help to supply new replacments at reasonable price & in shortest time.
If we show our workshop size, can you design layout for the whole line?
AutoCAD layout will be provided as client’s workshop size.
During epedemic period, how should we install the processing line without any experience?
1)Before delivery, we will take detailed operation video to show how to assemble each machine, how to operate and maintain the line. 2)Operation manual, circuit diagram etc in English version will be provided. 3)Online support available. If any questions during installation or production, our engineer will help to solve by videocall or zoom meeting.
